Burnsville public works was an addition to and partial renovation of an existing facility:

The 33,152 square foot addition to the Burnsville Public Works Facility was largely for vehicle storage space and additional material storage.  The client requested that the new precast panels match the existing precast panels at the existing vehicle storage area in order to provide regularity to the building.  Clerestory windows were added to the majority of the perimeter of the new addition to add natural lighting to the interior of the vehicle storage area.   Repair and restoration also took place at the office area of the building as a part of the scope of work.
