Minnetonka public works was designed as a new facility:

Operations & Maintenance facility completion in 2003
Salt/ Sand Storage Building completion in 2006
Police Squad Storage Addition completion in 2008

This project is a joint facility which includes office and vehicle storage space for Hennepin County.  There is 74,250 square feet of new construction with 6,000 feet of existing shop space.  The facility includes vehicle maintenance, offices, conference rooms, a lunch room, operations spaces, storage, vehicle storage, and an automated drive-through wash bay.  Site features include a salt storage building, storage areas, parking, and a gas island.  This project was awarded "Project of the Year - Structures" in 2003 by the Minnesota Public Works Association.

In 2008 we were contacted again to assist with a 3,400 square foot addition to the facility dedicated to police squad storage.
