The city of Woodbury had their original public works facility designed by Jeff Oertel back in 1993 (while at BRW). In 2003, they enlisted Oertel Architects to design and build the expansion plan that was integral to the master plan Jeff designed in 1993. The project includes expansion of the maintenance areas, vehicle storage, vehicle wash area, workshops, and office areas. In all over 33,000 square feet were added to the existing public works building.
