Bridle Ridge is the first building project for the City of Eagan in a series of updates to facilities within the entire city park system.
This project was completed with two distinct design process stages: programming and conceptual development; construction design and administration.
Programming and conceptual development stages included existing building and site analysis, space needs programming, multiple design concept development, preferred design development, public outreach, end user feedback, and city maintenance and programming staff review and feedback.
The construction design and administration process took the preferred design selected from the first phase and made that concept a reality.
